These terms explain what this website is, what you may expect from it, and what you may not do with it. By using appliancechain.com you accept them.

What this site is

ApplianceChain is a sourcing partner for the small appliance industry. We put global buyers in touch with manufacturers in China, shortlist comparable products, check the specifications and certificates we are given, and coordinate samples and first orders.

We are not a party to your contract with a manufacturer unless we say in writing that we act for you in that specific transaction. Nothing on this site creates agency, joint venture, or exclusive representation between us and any manufacturer.

Who may use this site

This site is for businesses and for people who buy appliances for a business — importers, distributors, retailers, ecommerce sellers, brands and project buyers. You must be old enough and legally able to enter into a business relationship in your own country.

Product information and specifications

We publish product information to help you shortlist. It comes from the manufacturer, and we pass it on as we received it. We check what we can check — model numbers, certificates we can see, MOQ and lead time as reported — but we do not test every unit and we cannot promise the page matches a specific batch.

Ask for a written specification sheet before you commit to a production run. Specifications, tolerances and packaging can vary between factory runs, and the version that governs your order is the one written into the quotation or the sales contract, not what a page showed you.

Prices, quotes and orders

Any price, minimum quantity or lead time shown on this site or sent to you is an indication for shortlisting, not an offer. A factory quotation is binding only when the manufacturer issues it in writing and it sets out the product, the specification, the quantity, the packaging and the validity period.

We do not take payment and we do not act as your customs broker. Export documentation is prepared by the manufacturer unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Samples

Samples are usually paid and shipped at your cost, with the freight or express account of your choice. We can arrange and track that for you; we do not supply the sample for free unless the manufacturer agrees in writing.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photographs and product data on this site belong to ApplianceChain or to the manufacturers who supplied them. You may download or print pages for your own evaluation or for passing an enquiry on to your team. You may not sell them, publish them elsewhere, or present them as your own product catalogue.

Product names and model codes stay their manufacturer’s property.

What you must not do

Links to other sites

We link out to manufacturers, standards bodies and service providers. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they say.

Accuracy and liability

We work on this site in good faith and try to keep it accurate, but the site is provided as is. To the extent your local law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or from a sourcing conversation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changing these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one. For a change that affects how you may use the site materially, we will say so on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the courts of Shunde District, Foshan City, and either party may also apply for urgent injunctive relief in any court that has jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
