Three ways a buyer works with us

The route you choose depends on one question: is the product already made, or are you asking us to make something new. Below are the three routes, what each one involves, and which one fits your current situation.

SpotStandard products, in stock or in production now
BulkRepeat volumes on a schedule
OEM / ODMYour specification, your brand

The three routes

Each route is only different in how much of the specification you bring and how much of the production is already fixed. The verification work does not change.

  1. 1

    Spot catalogue purchase

The product exists and the specification is already settled. You pick the item and the quantity, and the order moves straight to production and shipment.

    You provide
Product reference, target quantity, destination market, delivery window.
    We do
Confirm current specification and availability, then run the order to shipment.
    You receive
A confirmed specification, a production and shipping schedule, and the documents the destination market requires.
    Open items
Lead time and packaging details [TBD].

  2. 2

    Bulk and repeat purchasing

For buyers who already know what they need in volume and want it to arrive on a schedule rather than per order.

    You provide
Reference specification, annual or per-quarter volume, target container count or landed cost band.
    We do
Pace production against your consumption, consolidate lots where it helps, and keep the same specification version across repeat orders.
    You receive
A repeat-order schedule and a specification version you can hold us to.
    Open items
Minimum order quantity, payment terms and lead time [TBD].

  3. 3

    OEM and ODM development

When the product does not exist yet, or exists but under someone else’s brand. We build the specification with a supplier whose existing line can actually run it.

    You provide
Target market, voltage and plug type, performance expectation, packaging and branding plan, certification requirement.
    We do
Shortlist suppliers whose current platform covers the brief, run the sample and approval rounds, and manage the tooling and packaging setup.
    You receive
A written specification, approved samples, and a pilot before the volume run.
    Open items
Tooling cost and programme length [TBD].

Which one fits

If two of these describe you at the same time, that is normal. Most buyers start on route one and move to route two once the product and the supplier are proven.

A quick test

Do you already have the specification in writing, and the product in production? If yes, route one or two. If the specification is still being decided, or the product has to be built for your brand, route three.

You do not need to decide alone. Describe the order on WhatsApp and we will tell you which route it actually is before any quotation is prepared.
